Services and Fees
Below is a general price list for the procurement of appraisal and consulting assignments. Fees may vary slightly, depending upon location, property type and client needs. Please note that the fee for a FHA appraisal is $50.00 more than a conventional appraisal. These fees are subject to change. All management fees for Co-op and Condo building information are additional. We offer several options for payment - Cash, Check, Money Order, COD, Net 30, PayPal and Credit Card.
